Invoicing instructions
Electronic invoices are preferred and should be transferred to Liaison’s messaging hub using the eInvoicing details given below for each group company.
All invoices shall include a purchase order number as reference. In the absence of the number the name of the subscriber and cost center number shall be used as reference.
If electronic invoices cannot be sent, paper invoices shall be sent to the invoicing address mentioned below or by e-mail to address: scanning.europe(at)liaison.com

Feedback channel for the MM Kotkamills’ neighbourhood
The odor caused by MM Kotkamills Oy’s operations is monitored using the real-time Enwin TOM-TRS odor modeling system. The modeling is based on the factory’s measured TRS emissions and Kotka’s real-time control (wind direction and speed as well as air pressure and temperature). Odor monitoring results and other odor observations are also reported and processed in the Enwin TOM-TRS system.

Palautekanava tehtaan naapurustolle
MM Kotkamills Oy:n toiminnasta aiheutuvaa hajua seurataan reaaliaikaisen Enwin TOM-TRS -hajunmallinnusjärjestelmän avulla. Mallinnus perustuu tehtaan mitattuihin TRS-päästöihin sekä Kotkan reaaliaikaiseen säädataan (tuulen suunta ja nopeus sekä ilmanpaine ja lämpötila). Myös hajuseurannan tulokset sekä muut hajuhavainnot raportoidaan ja käsitellään Enwin TOM-TRS -järjestelmässä.
